As I look back over my life (makes me want to sing that old praise song) I realize that the most important thing I can exist for is to love, encourage and cultivate others to be the best version of themselves that they can be.
Everyone has a gift, my gift is encouragement. I have experienced the need to encourage others as far back as I can remember. My gifting has evolved over the years as I have matured, but the central theme has always been the same, to encourage at any cost.
What’s your gift? How are you cultivating others with it? Everyone has an answer to this question, it just takes a few moments of your time to realize it. Then it takes a few minutes of your day to work on it and make it better until it becomes your second nature. Whatever the cost, it is worth it. People’s lives may depend on it.
So let’s begin putting in the necessary work so that we can maximize the God given talents that were designed to change our lives and others. Remember, you can’t pour from an empty glass! So make sure you stay full of the wisdom, knowledge and understanding that it takes to keep your glass full. I can’t wait to partake of God’s grace through YOU!
